How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for weddings, 1 week for smaller events. However, we do accept last-minute bookings based on availability.
Do you provide custom menus?
Yes! We can customize any menu according to your preferences, dietary requirements, and budget. Our event specialists will work with you to create the perfect menu for your event.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all areas of Lahore including DHA, Gulberg, Johar Town, Model Town, Bahria Town, Cantt, and surrounding districts within 30km radius.
Do you charge for venue booking service?
Our venue consultation is FREE. We only facilitate bookings; venue charges are separate. When you book both venue and catering together, we offer special package discounts.
Can I taste the food before booking?
Yes, we can arrange food tasting for events with 200+ guests. Contact us to schedule a tasting session at our kitchen.
What's included in the service staff?
Our team includes trained waiters, service staff, and an on-site coordinator for smooth event execution. The number of staff depends on your guest count and service requirements.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days before event: Full refund minus 10% booking fee. Less than 7 days: 50% refund. Contact us to discuss specific circumstances.
How do I make payment?
We accept bank transfer, cash, and online payment. A 30% advance is required for booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due before the event.
